The nice technician de-mossed and treated the roofs, PLUS he washed the siding above the window line and washed the aluminum awning that was very soiled. It sparkles now!! An easy company to communicate with, and I respect their business model, too. Great way to support a local family business.

Wow, what a Difference Upright's Vancouver based power washing service for our patio makes. We said good bye to last summer's science experiments, pink chalk, and corgi paw prints (and who knows what else!). Super happy with the service received. The outside of the house and concrete look great! They took great care to take down hanging plants and rehang when done. Put the barbeque back when done. Just had Travis and his team out here to pressure wash my driveway. Extremely impressed with the work, I have tried multiple times to pressure wash my driveway and have not even came close to what they did. 5 Star service, and would highly highly highly recommend!!!

I tried to make an appointment three times (2 too many) based on a recommendation, but I could not get a follow-up from the company unless I did the follow-up.
First call was 11/11 to get an estimate. The person who answered the phone was tied up and said they would call back after their appointment. No call back that day or the next so I called back on 11/13 and I was told they would drive by to look at the roof on 14h since it looked steep on Google. No problem but no call back. On 11/18 I called back and was asked to text a picture (which I did immediately) and I was given a price and told they had openings for 12/18, I agreed and waited. 12/18 came and went with no communication from the company. On 12/23 I did text asking about the scheduled cleaning but I did not get a response. I had to move on and to another company. The other company was $200 cheaper and did a great job. This is the reason for the below average rating. I tried to use them based on a recommendation but I’m disappointed that the company did not follow-up at all after 3 request from a potential new customer asking for their service.
